The Weekender Jacket

Size:  XS-XL
Large Image
This semi-fitted jacket will go with you everywhere!  Use 1-2 pairs of old jeans (or purchased denim) to add just a new twist to the 'jean jacket'.  Quilted to a flannel before construction, this jacket is the perfect weight indoors or out.  Optional piping on collar adds a tailored touch.

Santa Fe Jacket
Size:  6-24
Large Image

Easy construction techniques make this jacket quick to sew and fun to wear. Elaine chose flannels for the one illustrated here, but hand-dyed cottons also make this a stunning garment. The anvil blocks are pieced first and assembled into two mini-quilts from which the two fronts and back are cut. Double needles are used for simple quilting on the sleeves. Directions give easy-to-follow diagrams of each step. The semi-fitted, short jacket is flattering to every size

Sizzle Jacket
Size:  6-24
Large Image

Using only two fabrics, this jacket is much simpler than it looks! Elaine walks you through her technique for thread embellishment using Razzle Dazzle by Ricky Tims for Superior Threads.

You will not believe how easy it is to create this sassy and fun jacket.

Buttons Up Jacket
Size:  6-24
Large Image
A stylish way to show-off your favorite collection of buttons or charms. Be creative—choose fabrics and add embellishments that reveal your personality!
